Slide Retainer SLLK

  • This Slide Retainer  similar to MISUMI’s SLLK.
  • Compared with Z5130,  they are similar in structure, but this type has a higher load due to its strong spring.
  • Similar to MISUMI’s SLLK, 4 sizes, suitable for different holding weight.
  • The positioning lock block developed for large side core-pulling slider.
  • Due to the use of surface contact plug, the unit pressure of the contact surface is reduced, so it can effectively prevent the damage of the side core-pulling slider.
  • It can be used for locking heavier parts.
  • Attention:
    If the locking load is too large, the inclined guide column and wedge block may bear too much load, resulting in sintering phenomenon, the following preventive measures are recommended:
  • Improve the rigidity of the inclined guide column and wedged block.(increase the diameter and shorten the length)
  • Reduce sliding resistance.(chamfering, lubrication)
  • Select the low load slider to locate the lock block.

 

 

Similar to MISUMI’s SLLK, 4 sizes, suitable for different holding weight.
The sliding positioning lock block is mainly used for the positioning and limit of the slider parts. When the slider moves to a predetermined position, the top block of the positioning lock will clamp and locate the slider under the force of the spring.
This type of sliding positioning lock block is a positioning lock block developed for medium and large side core-pulling slider. The installation position is at the bottom of the slider.
(1)The positioning lock block developed for large side core-pulling slider.
(2)Due to the use of surface contact plug, the unit pressure of the contact surface is reduced, so it can effectively prevent the damage of the side core-pulling slider.
(3) it can be used for locking heavier parts.
Attention:
