Product features:
This product is identical to HASCO’s Z169.
1. Mechanical interlock design, safe and reliable;
2. The jacking rod adopts surface high-frequency treatment to facilitate installation and processing;
3. Important parts adopt SKD 11 material and high quality heat treatment process, which is more wear-resistant;
4. Coating process is added to the product surface, which greatly increases the service life of the secondary ejector mechanism due to its high wear resistance.
5. Various specifications are applicable to different mold load requirements of different sizes.

Installation instructions:
1、first, the mounting hole is processed on the template. The screw passing hole is on the thimble plate A, and the tooth hole is on the thimble plate B and the moving die plate. The tooth hole processing size please refer to the “D2” and “D3” values corresponding to the models.For the convenience of installation, you can also make your own flange fixation;
2、next, an installation screw hole is processed on the head of the push rod of the secondary ejector mechanism. The installation screw hole corresponds to the size of the screw hole of the ejector B plate
3、install the outer tooth cover on the moving die bottom plate, the middle tooth cover on the thimble B plate, and the push rod head on the thimble A plate with screws
4、 rotate the outer tooth cover, adjust the relative position between the outer tooth cover and the bottom plate (flange) to set the position of the first ejacking stroke “H1” within the specified range, and then tighten the wild card ring after setting;
5、 internal thread can be tapped at the tail of the mandrel to connect with the central mandrel of the injection molding machine. The thread sizes configured are different for different models;
6、carry out coordination function test to check whether each part of the secondary ejection mechanism is smooth and the travel is consistent.
7、accurate installation is required (a ejection device is usually installed on a set of molds), and the travel should be calculated accurately, otherwise the product is easy to be damaged.
