Description

Porous Steel is a new porous metal material with high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance and permeability.The use of the mold can quickly remove the air and plastic volatile gas in the mold cavity, eliminate the defects caused by poor exhaust, such as: charring, flow marks, lack of materials, flash, etc.
Porous Steel also has the following economic effects:
1) reduce injection pressure, reduce molding and pressure holding time, reduce energy consumption per unit and extend mold life;
2) reduce internal stress, prevent product deformation and warping, and reduce subsequent de-stress process.
3) rapid prototyping to improve production efficiency and reduce reject rate.
