1. This set of this locating block （top locks）is installed on the parting surface of the mold, which is very convenient for loading and unloading, and the installation holes (slots) on the template are easy to process.
2. Before the core is embedded into the mold cavity, it is positioned to prevent the core from being worn and damaged.
3. The template can process the positioning groove at the same time to ensure its accurate positioning.
4. At least two sets of this mold locks should be used and installed symmetrically on both sides of the mold. For large molds, 4-6 sets are recommended.
5. Blackening and DLC can be performed according to customer requirements to increase hardness and wear resistance.
